What is the Best Price Guarantee?
www.hotelxcaret.com, www.hotelxcaretarte.com, www.hotelxcaretmexico.com, and www.lacasadelaplaya.com, display the best net price for all online reservations. If you find a lower net price on any online store with the same booking conditions (specified in the Terms and Conditions), we will match the best net price. In the case of a blurred rate (without a visible break down price for the portion of the hotel) or it requires access with a username and password to a website, the rate difference will not be considered. To be eligible for our Best Price Guarantee, the price difference must be greater than 1%. Differences less than this amount will not be considered. * Best Price Guarantee requests can only be submitted by the person who made the reservation. No other person can submit requests on behalf of the guest listed on the reservation.
Before finalizing your reservation
- If you find a lower net price (including VAT and other taxes) with the same conditions (as detailed in the Terms and Conditions) and in the same currency on any website, simply contact our Customer Service center at 998 881 3834 (Mexico), 1 844 795 4525 (US/CAN) or +52 998 193 0586 (Rest of the World).
- Our agents will verify the rate and conditions in real time.
- Once we have verified that the lowest rate found complies with the Terms and Conditions, we will send a reservation confirmation via email.
- If the rate mentioned does not comply with the Terms and Conditions and, therefore, cannot be accepted by Hoteles Xcaret, we will explain the reasons for non-acceptance through the corresponding conversation or email.
Up to 48 hours after completing your reservation:
- Book at www.hotelxcaret.com or on any of the property websites (www.hotelxcaretarte.com, www.hotelxcaretmexico.com, www.lacasadelaplaya.com).
- If you find a lower net price (including VAT and other taxes) with the same conditions (as detailed in the Terms and Conditions) and in the same currency at any online store within 48 hours of booking on our official websites, please contact us for the Best Price Guarantee request. The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to reservations made within 72 hours of arrival at the hotel.
- Email your request to reservations@hotelxcaret.com from the same email address you used to place the reservation. It is recommended that you send the following: reservation number, URL/Link of the site where you found a better price, and attach a screenshot of the website where you saw the lower price (press "Print Screen/Request Sys" or "PrtSc" or "Command+Shift+4" and paste).
- You will receive a response from Hoteles Xcaret within two business days.
- Once we have verified that the request complies with the Terms and Conditions, your reservation will be modified with the lower rate and the corresponding discount, and a new confirmation will be sent to you with the new price.
- If the request does not comply with the Terms and Conditions and is therefore not accepted by Hoteles Xcaret, we will send an email justifying our response.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Best Price Guarantee is only valid for one Eligible Reservation, which occurs when the following cumulative conditions are met:
- You have made a suite reservation at one of the hotels eligible for the Best Price Guarantee (Hotel Xcaret México, Hotel Xcaret Arte, and La Casa de la Playa)
- Your reservation was made directly through any of the following Hoteles Xcaret channels: official websites (www.hotelxcaret.com, www.hotelxcaretarte.com, www.hotelxcaretmexico.com, www.lacasadelaplaya.com), Contact Center (direct phone lines), or directly with one of the hotels.
- A confirmation number has been issued via email to confirm the reservation.
- Within 24 hours of receiving your previous reservation confirmation via email, and no later than 48 hours after receiving the confirmation, you find, for the same hotel, for the same date(s), for the same length of stay, with the same rate conditions (i.e., refundable or non-refundable, deposit requirements, suites, cancellation and rebooking policies, etc.), the same room type (identical category, size, beds, view, or location), and the same number of people in the room, a room offered at a lower public price and available for booking, this price is calculated identically, on the same basis as the total cost of the stay with the same inclusions (taxes, VAT, services, etc.).
- Does not apply to rates offered for the México Destination Club membership, discounted rates for travel agents and travel industry in general, and group rates.
- In case of an Eligible Reservation, with a confirmation of any of the brands under Hoteles Xcaret and the previous mentioned Terms and Conditions, Hoteles Xcaret will apply the price of the Third-party Reservation Channel.
